**Responsibilities**:
**Join our Digital Trust Solutions team. We enable the omnichannel journey of Individuals and Legal Entities with our Digital-KYC solution.**

**We are looking for a team member who likes to source prospective users, to contribute to the realization of novel solutions and drives their implementation.**

Our **Digital Trust Solutions** team provides Digital-ID, Digital-KYC and Digital Client Management solutions that encompass a Compliance / Back-office Portal as well as workflows to register and onboard retail and enterprise clients. Sectors using the solution include Finance, Insurance, TelCos/Utilities and Logistics. As such, DigitalKYC is a B2C, B2B and B2B2C solution.
We work in an agile and user-centric manner as the solutions are developed in close interaction with potential users. The core team is in Luxembourg and collaborates with colleagues across Europe and the US.

**Your Mission**

**You will be in charge of developing clients in the Belgian market**: We expect you to generate leads, close deals and contribute to driving client projects form inception to delivery. Successful revenue-flow will be complemented by direct margin generation. Further, you will contribute to promoting Digital Trust Solutions by facilitating and participating at meetups, conferences, roadshows, trainings etc.

**Client Development**
- ** **Drive revenue and direct margin generation.
- Define markets & targets; detect needs and source leads.
- Build a deal-flow & prioritize opportunities.
- Initiate & drive completion of transactions for innovative solutions.
- Set-up and execute meetings, demos & design sessions with prospects/clients.
- Develop & nurture relationships with key persons at prospects/clients.
- Follow through for the good execution on transactions from lead identification, through delivery and post-completion.
- Participate in offer drafting, ratification & submission.
- Contribute to the organization of and participate at events.
- Provide inputs for the creation of marketing materials.
- Operate in an international environment.
- Federate inhouse stakeholders towards client satisfaction.
- Provide progress reports.
- Any other activity conducive to attaining the above goals.

**Solution Development**
- Share market feedback on demands, needs & competition.
- Provide actionable inputs to Dev/Tech teams for the delivery of client solutions.
- Participate in design-thinking-sessions.
- Any other activity facilitating the successful realization of solutions.

Profile

**Your profile**:

- Experience with Business Development.
- Proven track-record in deal closing.
- Driven towards attaining objectives.
- Communicative people person with strong interpersonal skills and empathy for user needs.
- Ability to structure and complete client projects in accordance with KPIs.
- Curiosity regarding digital innovation with capacity to quickly identify potential use-cases.
- Exposure to design-thinking & processes improvement.
- Self-driven & team-oriented with the ability to engage people.
- Flexibility to operate and adapt in fast-changing environment
- Fast leaner especially when it comes to new technologies.
- Awareness on regulatory environment or/and willingness to learn : GDPR, Anti-money Laundering, Financial Crime, etc.
- Fluent in Dutch, French and English
