De klant is een opticien keten met filialen in Nederland en België en verdeler van brillen, lenzen en hoortoestellen op maat van de klant. Het is een keten die al dertig jaar eerlijke prijzen aan de klanten willen aanbieden. Met meer dan 250 winkels is de klant een van de marktleiders. Er is een ruime collectie, er wordt een scherpe prijs kwaliteit verhouding gegeven en de service is van zeer groot belang voor Hans Anders. Er wordt ingespeeld op de behoefte van de klant en er is begeleiding van A tot Z. Een mooie maar functionele collectie wordt geboden.
**Functiebeschrijving**
Concreet worden dit je werkzaamheden en verantwoordelijkheden: Optimaliseren en rapporteren op resultaat (KPI's als omzet, conversie en afspraken); Initiëren van verbeteringen in de relevante customer journeys; Bijhouden van budget en het maken van sales forecasts; Initiëren, managen en analyseren van online promoties, o.a. in Google Analytics; Schakelfunctie met onze (winkel) sales organisatie en category management; Ontwikkelen van een visie/strategie rondom online merchandising (filtering, sorting, product content).

Je bent toe aan de volgende stap in jouw carrière. Je bent gedreven om succesvol te zijn, hierdoor ben je een snelle leerling en pak je snel nieuwe taken op. Daarnaast herken jij jezelf in de volgende punten: Je beschikt over een afgeronde bachelor opleiding; 3-8 jaar relevante werkervaring, ervaring met Commerce cloud is een pré; Je bent pro-actief en een echte aanpakker; Je bent commercieel en resultaatgericht en je voelt je thuis in een sterk resultaatgericht een veranderende omgeving; Je bent analytisch. Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal uitstekend, kennis van het Frans is een meerwaarde
**Arbeidsvoorwaarden**
- Vergoeding volgens PC 311 (35u-werkweek)
- Maaltijdcheques van 4.5 euro
- Kwartaalbonussen van 250/300 euro bruto
- Intensieve opleiding van 1 jaar
