DigiFist is a Shopify Premier Partner and high-level Shopify agency trusted by brands such as The Body Shop, L'Occitane, FAE, Pierre Cardin, and more.We are also an official Shopify Theme Store Partner, with top-selling themes used by merchants worldwide.We're looking for a Project Manager who can bring structure, speed, and accountability to complex Shopify projects - someone who protects timelines, keeps teams aligned, and ensures work gets shipped at a high standard.Your RoleAs a Project Manager at DigiFist, you will:Own end-to-end delivery of Shopify projects (themes + custom builds)Translate business goals into clear tasks, timelines, and prioritiesManage scope, deadlines, risks, and stakeholder expectationsCoordinate between Design, Development, and QAEnsure tasks are properly defined, tracked, and deliveredLead sprint planning, daily follow-ups, and milestone reviewsProactively solve blockers and keep momentum highWhat We're Looking ForYou have:3+ years of experience as a Project Manager (digital / web / e-commerce)Strong understanding of Shopify projects and development workflowsA structured mindset: you work with tickets, priorities, and clear definitions of doneStrong communication skills (clear, direct, professional)The ability to push for delivery without creating chaosHigh ownership: you don't wait, you take responsibilityNice to HaveExperience working in a Shopify agency environmentFamiliarity with Agile/Scrum deliveryExperience managing QA and release cyclesStrong client communication skills (enterprise-level stakeholders)What We OfferA high-impact role inside a fast-moving Shopify agencyProjects for premium brands with high standardsOwnership and room to improve processes and delivery structureCompetitive compensation + growth opportunitiesRemote / hybrid flexibility (depending on location)Location & TypeRemote / hybrid (flexible)Full-time preferredApplySend us:Your CV or LinkedIn profileA short message about your experience with Shopify/e-commerce deliveryOptional: 1–2 projects you managed that you're proud of
