En tant que stagiaire RH au sein d’IBA, vous ferez partie intégrante du département en travaillant dans un environnement stimulant avec la responsabilité d’un ou de plusieurs projets spécifiques.- Apporter un soutien lors des recrutements de stagiaires et de jobs étudiants ;
- Collaborer au suivi des processus de recrutement (CV screening, Interviews, Intake avec les managers, etc.) ;

**Profil**
- Etudiant(e) en marketing, sciences économiques, management, gestion ou ressources humaines ;
- Doté(e) de compétences organisationnelles (gestion du temps, communication efficace, adaptabilité, organisation, etc.) ;
- Capable de travailler aussi bien en équipe que de manière autonome ;
- Faisant preuve d’un esprit d’initiative et de créativité ;
- Possédant des connaissances en MS Office.
