Nous recherchons pour un syndicat Lloyd's innovant et en forte croissance, un souscripteur senior expérimenté pour diriger et développer son offre de lignes financières dans la région du Benelux. **Description** Vous serez responsable du développement et de la mise en œuvre d'une stratégie visant à construire un portefeuille rentable de lignes financières et de cyber-assurances, y compris la responsabilité professionnelle des entreprises, la responsabilité des administrateurs pour les institutions financières, l'assurance contre le crime et la cyber-assurance. - Vous construisez des relations durables et assurez la liaison avec les principaux courtiers de la région du Benelux. - A terme, si cela correspond à vos ambitions, vous pourriez être responsable de la mise en place et de la direction d'une équipe de souscripteurs. **Profile** - Vous avez au moins plusieurs années d'expérience dans la souscription d'assurances pour les entreprises ; - Vous êtes familier avec le concept des lignes financières et vous êtes prêt à développer une stratégie pour souscrire de nouvelles affaires ; - Vous avez une excellente connaissance de l'anglais et du néerlandais et la connaissance du français est un atout ; - Vous disposez d'un vaste réseau de courtiers ou êtes à l'aise pour établir de nouveaux contacts ; - Vous avez un réseau étendu de courtiers ou vous êtes à l'aise pour établir de nouveaux contacts ; vous êtes un véritable " plant puller " et vous maintenez facilement une vue d'ensemble de votre portefeuille. **Offer** Notre client vous offre un package salarial très attractif, avec un pécule de vacances et une prime de fin d'année, ainsi que de nombreux autres avantages.
