For an innovative and rapidly growing Lloyd's Syndicate, we are looking for an experienced Senior Underwriter to lead and further develop their Financial Lines offering in the Benelux region.
**Description**
- You will be responsible for developing and executing a strategy to build a profitable Financial Lines and Cyber portfolio including commercial professional liability, directors' liability for financial institutions, malpractice insurance and cyber insurance.
- You will build lasting relationships and liaise with key brokers in the Benelux region.
- In time, should this be in your ambitions, you may be responsible for building and leading a team of Underwriters.
**Profile**
- You have at least several years of experience in underwriting corporate insurance;
- You are familiar with the concept of Financial Lines & are willing to develop a strategy to write new business;
- You have an excellent knowledge of English and Dutch & knowledge of French is a big plus;
- You have an extensive network of brokers or feel comfortable making new contacts;
- You are a real plant puller and easily keep the overview in your portfolio.
