Newpharma wants to improve its reputation in Flanders and be even closer to its customers.

Alongside the valuable pieces of advice given every day by our pharmacists, the Community & Social Media Officer creates and animates spaces for discussion on sites, blogs, social networks, forums to make Newpharma known.

**Your responsibilities**:

- You develop, lead and moderate discussion spaces on social networks (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube). You create groups, promote exchanges, federate and retain Internet users around a friendly community, driven by the dissemination of informative, useful content related to seasonality and current events.
- Under the supervision of the Social Media Manager, you create both editorial digital content but also in the form of images, infographics, videos, etc
- You decline the editorial planning established by the Social Media Manager, in order to be able to structure and vary the different content posted on social networks: news, snackable content, longer content, interviews, surveys, events, competitions, etc.
- You answer questions from Internet users, comments and private messages received on the company's tone of voice
- In close collaboration with the Brand, Loyalty, e-ads, Purchase, Support teams, you collect the information necessary to organize the production of the different types of content: Informative content, advice, awareness, content purchased by the laboratories, competitions, content paying, performance, retargeting, loyalty (winback, etc.)
- You follow and relay the campaigns carried out in collaboration with influencers.
- You set up and follow-up paid social media campaigns on Business Manager.
- You take care to make Newpharma accessible and humane for everyone.
- You engage audiences through polls, etc. in order to collect feedback, opinions, and understand their needs and desires. You thus feed the Content Manager and guide him in the content to be created.
- You make the link between the customer and customer service by forwarding requests to the support team or the pharma team.
- You set up a dashboard containing the KPIs of social networks and regularly present the results to your team (evolution of the number of subscribers and their commitment through comments, likes, shares, etc.).
- You relay relevant opinions, contributions, ideas and criticisms to the company's managers.
- You are you joining the Marketing department and directly report to the Social Media Manager.
**Profile**:

- First marketing experience
- Creative mind (you know everything about the latest trends on social media, you know how to make Reels, TikToks, nice photos, )
- Perfect command of Dutch: impeccable spelling and language. Good knowledge of French.
- Passionate about the internet and social networks, you know all their secrets and master their uses
- Technology savvy, you use tools such as Hootsuite, Facebook Business Manager, Facebook Ads, Clara Bridge, Mention, socialbakers, Iconosquare, Canva, etc. with great ease.
- Mastery of basic SEO rules
- Basic knowledge of computer graphics (Photoshop, illustrator, Canva, Crello,)
- Passionate about well-being, health, beauty,
- Autonomous and proactive
- Excellent relational skills (contacts with influencers)
- At ease in front of cameras
- Very organized and rigorous
- Excellent communication skills
