Your goal is to perfectly manage Immoweb's social media campaigns and channels. You develop content and campaign plans that match our brand image and align with ongoing campaigns outside of social media. You also execute these campaigns, measure the results, and optimize where necessary. You know how to reach and engage Immoweb's desired audiences in the right way.

For this, you listen closely to what is happening in the market, suggest improvements, and proactively advise from your knowledge.

**What will you do?**
- You will work with Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Twitter, and TikTok.
- You will help set up a content strategy.
- You will create communities on various media and also build relationships.
- You will design campaigns, analyze, optimize, and report.
- You will respond to current events and trends.
- You will analyze data from the posts and test what works.
- You will identify opportunities to get more out of the content and campaigns.
- You will work with our designer, our copywriter, and actually collaborate with the entire marketing team.
- You will think of ways to optimize influencer marketing.
- You manage your own budget and ensure its optimal use focusing on ROI.
- You also manage the LinkedIn account of our managing director.
- You are our ears and eyes on social media; you know precisely 'what's hot and what's not'.

- You have an affinity with social media and can tell us the latest social trends.
- You have experience managing various social media channels: from developing and posting content to analyzing.
- You have some knowledge of photoshop and can work effortlessly with Canva.
- You are creative, can write social proof texts, and can assess visual expressions.
- You have analytical skills and like to delve into the results of your campaigns.
- You have an eye for detail and write flawless Dutch.
- You are fluent in French and English.
- You don't mind occasionally helping with a small translation.
- You can switch quickly between different departments and set the right priorities.
- You are eager to learn, curious, and solution-oriented. You dare to ask for help when you need it.
- You are communicatively strong, social, and have a sense of humor.
