Het mediagebruik en -aanbod evolueert steeds sneller. Sociale mediaplatformen zijn hier niet meer weg te denken. Ook VRT werkt hard aan haar online aanwezigheid en impact op deze platformen.

Verwachtingen
Als social media analist heb je een grondige kennis van sociale mediaplatformen, je bent zelf een intensieve gebruiker van deze platformen. Je analyseert de performantie en het gedrag van de social accounts en social media initiatieven van VRT. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het begrijpen en maximaliseren van de impact van onze content op diverse socialemediaplatformen. Je speelt een cruciale rol in het vergroten van onze online aanwezigheid, het vergaren van inzichten in het publiek, en het ontwikkelen van strategieën om ons bereik en onze betrokkenheid te vergroten.
**Taken en verantwoordelijkheden**:
Analyseren van gebruikersgedrag (wat werkt en wat werkt niet) en dit terugkoppelen naar het creatieve team om hun output en publicatieschema's te optimaliseren
Monitoren van onze aanwezigheid op verschillende sociale mediaplatformen en onze prestaties meten aan de hand van KPI’s
Opstellen van gedetailleerde rapporten en delen van actiegerichte inzichten met de verschillende contentteams
Actief uitwerken van best practices binnen het team
Samenwerken met interne teams om initiatieven op sociale media te plannen, te implementeren en te optimaliseren
Het identificeren en benutten van kansen om nieuwe en opkomende sociale mediaplatformen te verkennen
**Vereisten**:
Aantoonbare ervaring als Social Media Analist, in een intern team of bij een digital agency.
Kennis van de sociale media analytics tools en data visualisatie software zoals bv. PowerBI
Diepgaande kennis van verschillende sociale mediaplatformen en hun algoritmen
Sterke analytische vaardigheden, kritische ingesteldheid, en het vermogen om data te vertalen naar bruikbare inzichten
Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en het vermogen om effectief te rapporteren en aanbevelingen te doen aan stakeholders
Creativiteit en innovatief denken om nieuwe en boeiende content te analyseren en te optimaliseren
Proactief en zelfstandig
Aanbod van VRT
Je krijgt een voltijds contract voor een freelance opdracht via tussenpersoon en dit voor 12 maanden.
In onderling overleg is verlenging en tariefaanpassingen mogelijk (Max. 3 maal verlengbaar en tariefaanpassingen maximaal volgens de geldende agoria-index)
