European Truck Product Manager

**Your role & responsibilities**: To continue the development of our portable toilet service module department we are looking for a Product Manager Trucks for the EMEA region. We have established ourselves as a reputable supplier of toilet service units, and are looking for a pro-active, positive minded person to help us grow this product group to the next level. You will get the opportunity to play a significant role in the development of new products and services related to your product group. You will: - Enable sales to reach the annual Europe-wide and regional targets by facilitating sales through technical sales advise. - Perform project work as needed. You will in particular assist the members of the European management team on a key project of transferring the manufacturing of service modules from the US (currently) to one or multiple European suppliers. The European management team will provide guidance and decision on that project, but the European Truck Product Manager will lead the majority of the research and analysis needed and will work out recommendations for European suppliers we should partner with. - Work closely with the team of product specialists for service modules and vacuum to understand market needs and to increase service levels. - Introduce new products and services which will benefit both customers and company. - Advise and train the sales team on existing and new products. - Analyse competition and marketplace pricing and develop Satellite's pricing strategy for new and existing products of the department in conjunction with the European management team. - Evaluate current product performance and recommend adjustments to product offerings, features and options. - Analyse sales and financial reports to track performance and to identify trends and potential problem areas. **Your profile**: - You are fluent in English. Any additional languages will be an asset. - You have at least 5 years’ experience in product management, sales or other relevant department. - You have a technical background, or an affinity with mechanical appliances. **Your competencies**: - You can work in a fast and demanding environment in a multitasking mode. - You have strong interpersonal skills and are analytical minded. - You can manage priorities and you have an eye for details. - You are a problem-solver and able to handle stressful situations. - You have a good knowledge retention, are organized and rigorous. - You are enthusiastic, flexible and optimistic. - You can work autonomously and have a high sense of responsibility. **Our company**: Satellite Industries is the world’s largest supplier of products in the portable sanitation industry including toilets, service units and deodorizers.
