Binnen onze Technische Dienst zijn wij op zoek naar een Inventory Controller. Je bent de onmisbare schakel tussen voorraad en techniek. Je zorgt ervoor dat onze technische dienst altijd over de juiste onderdelen beschikt, houdt het magazijn op orde en optimaliseert het voorraadbeheer.

**JOUW TAKEN**:

- Je staat in voor de administratieve opvolging van bestellingen: offertes opvragen en vergelijken, purchase requisitions opmaken, levertermijnen en backorders opvolgen, receptioneren,
- Je voert een aantal administratieve taken uit:

- In samenwerking met de dienst procurement bepalen van voorkeursleveranciers
- Voorbereiden van prijsafspraken met leveranciers
- Administratief verwerken en opvolgen van herstellingen van materialen
- Opzetten en opvolgen van garantieprocedures
- Je controleert de voorraadniveaus en voert periodieke voorraadcontroles uit
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het opmaken en beheren van items en hun specificaties in de item database
- Je bepaalt een optimale voorraad op basis van een criticaliteits analyse op de materialen en machines in samenwerking met de internen technische afdelingen
- Je analyseert de voorraadbewegingen en/of afwijkingen om snel actie te ondernemen
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het opstellen van rapportages over de voorraden en voorraadbeheer
- Je initieert verbeterprocessen en procedures om de voorraadnauwkeurigheid te verbeterenJe rapporteert aan de Warehouse & Inventory Supervisor

**JOUW PROFIEL**:

- Je behaalde een graduaat of bachelor in een administratieve, logistieke of technische richting en kan 3 tot 4 jaar relevante ervaring voorleggen in een technische werkomgeving
- Je kan je vlot uitdrukken in het Nederlands en het Engels, dit zowel gesproken als geschreven
- Je hebt ervaring met voorraadbeheersystemen. Ervaring met Oracle Fusion en/of Maximo is een pluspunt
- Je bent resultaatgericht, communicatief en een echte teamplayer
- Je beschikt over sterke analytische vaardigheden en een scherp oog voor detailJe zorgt voor de naleving van veiligheids
- en kwaliteitsnormen in het voorraadbeheer
