**Scope**:
In order to reinforce the logistics team, we are looking for a Stock Management Assistant.

As a Stock Management Assistant, you will have the following tasks:

- Preparing the schedule for the shipment of materials to our customers
- Drafting of ad-hoc documentation
- Re-approval of packaging material
- Reception of goods
- Quality and quantity control
- Physical and computerized reception
- Identification and storage in the stock
- Preparation of production schedules, control, and validation of production orders
- Inventory: identification, counting of raw material and our serialized machines
- Respond to counter requests and perform the necessary tasks according to the request

**Profile**:

- Knowledge and use of an ERP. D365 or knowledge of electronic and computer equipment desired
- Ability to use a computer (Outlook, Excel)
- Meticulous, orderly, very good team spirit
- Ability to assimilate a lot of daily information
- Logistical skills required, passionate and motivated
- Knowledge of English (Read and Write)
