- Competitive compensation with clear progression pathways. Your Mission As our Business Developer, you will be the engine behind our expansion in the Belgium. You’ll:
- Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities across the region.
- Build strong relationships with landlords, developers, brokers, and other strategic partners.
- Use your network to source high-quality rental properties that fit our clients’ needs.
- Guide corporate clients through the entire journey — from first contact to signed contract.
- Monitor local market trends and provide insights that help us stay ahead of the game. What You Bring
- Fluency in French and English, dutch is a plus
- Experience in sales, business development, or account management (real estate is a bonus, not a must).
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
- An entrepreneurial mindset: proactive, independent, results-oriented and service minded.
