**Your role & work environment**

Our CEO and head of Wholesale Banking recently reemphasized the strategic importance and increased growth plan of Capital Velocity.
- You will join action in the heart of our ambitious primary and secondary loan sell-down strategy and the need for digitalisation of our business (processes).
- Increasingly, part of the newly originated loans by our Sector & Lending colleagues will be destined for distribution to our bank and institutional investors community.
- You will be part of the integrated international Loan Sales team based over 5 locations.
- You will engage actively in digitalisation projects, data capturing and reporting.
- In all your tasks, you will be coached by senior Director and MD level colleagues with the right balance between support and learning on the job.

As part of the Capital Velocity value chain, Loan Sales develop the relationship with banks and institutional investors by selling loans as investment products.

**Your key responsibilities**

You will be working out of Brussels in a 25 FTE cross-border team (BE, NL, UK, US, SG) and generally be part of smaller project teams, depending on the mission.

As Loan Sales intern,
- You have a strong understanding of finance.
- Excel has no secrets for you, Python is a plus
- You are analytical, can think out of the box and are committed to be part of the solution.
- You are organized and structured. Data quality is part of your DNA.
- You are fluent in English and master either Dutch or French.
