The Position

Qualifications & Experience
**Responsibilities**:
- You will define and clarify project scope involving all relevant stakeholders and develop a project schedule;
- You will make sure a project is progressing as planned, by constantly tracking project progress and comparing it to the baselines. While things change along the way, the project manager has to adjust plans to accommodate these changes within the project management constraints (cost, time, scope and quality);
- You will perform risk management to minimize project risks and escalate issues according to the escalation process as needed;
- You will communicate project status according to the stakeholder’s needs, take decisions within your defined authority or prepare decision cases to present to the steering committee.
- You will create and maintain comprehensive project documentation;
- You will create an environment which highly motivates the team to work together.
- You collaborate with the project management team in maturing the project management processes within the business unit.
**Requirements**:
- You have a solid technical background, based on education or experience; a medical background is a plus.
- You combine an interest in innovative technologies and 3D design with understanding complex processes;
- Familiarity with the project management frameworks (e.g. PMBOK, PRINCE2, agile) is an asset
- You thrive in a high tech, medical, international industry. You are willing to understand about complex matters when needed.
- You are pro-active, pragmatic and a real problem solver;
- You have good critical thinking skills;
- You are team oriented, a good listener and love to communicate with different stakeholders;
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- You have good conflict management and team leadership skills;
- You are well organized and stress resilient.
