Sales Representative

As a key representative at the box office of the Saint Catherine's Church in the centre of Brussels, you will welcome visitors and serve as the face of our organization.
Your primary responsibility will be **selling tickets** for our **classical music concerts**, ensuring a pleasant and efficient experience for our guests. Additionally, you will manage a team of promoters, oversee their activities, and produce sales reports. You will communicate with the upper management.
You will maintain clear and effective communication with the church’s management, ensuring that all concert operations run smoothly. Your role is crucial in coordinating staff efforts, guaranteeing seamless cooperation and an exceptional experience for all attendees during our events.
**Requirements**:
English and French level B2 and higher, additional languages are an advantage
Communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work **independently** and **responsibly**
Problem solving skills
**What we offer**:
- Fixed salary + commissions system (2100€ - 4200€ monthly)
- Work **4* **days* a week, **from** **Thursday** **to** **Sunday**, total per week 35 hours
