Als Quote Product Specialist PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) ben je verantwoordelijk voor de productselectie voor offertes en aanbestedingen. Je fungeert als de schakel tussen de verkoopafdeling en category management en zorgt ervoor dat offertes en tenders nauwkeurig, competitief en tijdig worden opgesteld. Je schakelt met verschillende afdelingen binnen de organisatie, zowel lokaal als internationaal.

**Wat ga je doen?**
- Coördineren en voorbereiden van offertes en aanbestedingen, inclusief het verzamelen van technische informatie, prijzen en voorwaarden.
- Zorgdragen voor naleving van wet
- en regelgeving, kwaliteitsnormen en specificaties binnen de PPE-industrie.
- Analyseren van klantspecificaties en de behoeften vertalen naar de juist productkeuze
- Acteren als de interne en externe expert op het gebied van PPE-producten, met up-to-date kennis van trends en innovaties in de markt.
- Ondersteunen van de verkoop
- en accountmanagers bij het selecteren van geschikte producten.
- Samenwerken met leveranciers om optimale productoplossingen en prijzen te garanderen.
- Monitoren van tenderresultaten en prestaties om verbeteringen in toekomstige aanbiedingen door te voeren.
- Onderhouden van nauwkeurige documentatie van offertes en aanbestedingen voor interne analyse en compliance.

**Wat breng je mee?**
- Bachelor werk
- en denkniveau: Bij voorkeur in een technische of commerciële richting.
- 3+ jaar relevante werkervaring: Ervaring in een soortgelijke functie is een plus.
- Productkennis: Affiniteit met technische producten en interesse in persoonlijke beschermingsmiddelen.
- Talenkennis: Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse, Franse en Engelse taal.
- Analytisch vermogen: Je kunt complexe informatie analyseren en vertalen naar praktische oplossingen.
- Communicatieve vaardigheden: Je bent een goede communicator en kunt je boodschap helder overbrengen.
