Health Solution Partner Oncology (Commercial field based role Breast Cancer & Gastro-Urothelial Cancer)
Location: North East Belgium Vlaams Brabant-Limburg
As Health Solution Partner (HSP) Oncology you will be asked to provide scientific content on the product and the disease and support HCP’s (Health Care Professionals) to improve their impact with our medicines on patients and society. You will be the key person to drive a better customer experience, which should indirectly lead to better patient care and outcomes.
HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE
- (This role is a Commercial function - Field Based - Limburg-Vlaams Brabant)_
- Focused on providing educational & scientific content to create better customer experience
- Act as a trusted partner and supporting HCPs (oncologists, (onco)gynaecologists, urologists, nurses, onco-pharmacists)
- Support achievement of improved patient outcomes through education and services
- Facilitate the exchange of clinical experiences between HCPs
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive engagement with HCPs on educational & scientific content
- Knowledgeable of customer preferences for content and communication channels (hybrid (in-person and virtual) customer facing activities)
- Active member of the XFT (Cross-functional team) to proactively share the customer insights and to co-shape the customer strategy and tactics
- Implement projects to improve patient care and outcomes
- Comply and adhere to legal, compliance and financial policies, relevant procedures and agreed timelines of the organisation
WHAT WE EXPECT
- Bachelor’s or master degree in science, Health Science or Business
- Dutch (C2), English (C1) & French (C1)
- 8+ years pharmaceutical or relevant experience with Belgian market
- Prior knowledge and experience within oncology is a plus
- Highly autonomous working style, thinking strategically and innovatively
- Understands trends in healthcare and pharmaceuticals, digital tools, and competitive dynamics in Belgium
