Advisor to The Managing Director

Functieomschrijving
The position will include a mixture of administrative and planning tasks supporting the Managing Director
- Providing general support to the Managing Director (and other members of staff, if needed)
- Administrative and office management including, but not limited to:
- Database management—Input and ensure the integrity of the data and that the system is used to its full potential;
- Managing partner and supporting parties contracts
- Communicating with solution providers (related to our various cloud solutions and IT);
- Responding or re-directing general inquiries from the website.
- Providing logístical support for our annual conference (Community Gathering) including pre-planning, acting as liaison with the hotel, organizing transportation and other logistics.
- Providing support to organizing webinars and meetings of Working Groups
Profiel
- Bachelor degree or higher.
- Minimum of two years of full-time professional experience in administrative support and organisation of physical and virtual meetings;
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational and multi-tasking skills;
- Excellent command of Office Suite (especially powerpoint, word and excel);
- Good ICT knowledge
- Flexible, team player able to work in multi-cultural environments;
- Excellent spoken and written English.

- Kopiëren, klasseren, intikken, lay-out verzorgen,... van documenten
- Personen onthalen en hun vraag identificeren
