Topmakelaar QenO met vestigingen in Torhout en Waregem staat ervoor gekend uitmuntende kwaliteit te bieden naar zowel hun particuliere als ondernemingsklanten. QenO kent door deze kwalitatieve aanpak een continue groei, waardoor we momenteel op zoek gaan naar een **Specialist Property **(m/v) om de ondernemingsklanten te adviseren en te ontzorgen.
**Uw functie**:
Als Specialist Property zal je instaan voor een het advies naar een reeds bestaande klantenportefeuille (grote) ondernemingen omtrent alle risico's binnen Property. Samen met de accountmanagers zal je de risico's in kaart brengen en nagaan welke oplossingen hiervoor mogelijk zijn. Uiteraard onderhandel je daarbij vaak met de verzekeringsmaatschappijen (en ook de klanten). Je houdt verder je kennis over de wetgeving bij en bent bereid om extra opleidingen te volgen. Je rapporteert in de functie aan de manager productie, waar je tegelijk op kan terugvallen bij erg complexe zaken.
**Uw profiel**:
Als Specialist Property is het nodig een eerste ervaring te hebben in de sector en dit liefst in de makelarij. Je hebt daarin ervaring voornamelijk brandverzekeringen in verscheidene sectoren, al bieden we zeker nog mogelijkheden om te groeien en verder te specialiseren. Het spreekt voor zich dat je uitermate klantgericht bent en goed communiceert met de verschillende stakeholders.
