**Omgeving**:
De Nationale Bank van België beheert een gebouwenpark van 200.000 m², verspreid over haar hoofdzetel in Brussel en het toekomstige Cash Center in Zellik. In het kader van haar vastgoedstrategie zal de hoofdzetel de komende jaren grondig worden gerenoveerd. Daarnaast zullen ook bepaalde gebouwen worden verkocht.
Binnen de afdeling Facility Management staat de dienst **Uitrusting en technieken** in voor alle aspecten van het bouw
- en inrichtingsproces, van ontwerp tot oplevering van de renovatie van onze hoofdzetel.
Ons team bestaat uit een tiental medewerkers, interieurarchitecten, projectmanagers en ingenieurs. Door je aan te sluiten bij de NBB krijg je de kans om mee te werken aan een toekomstgericht project, in een aangename werkomgeving in hartje Brussel.
**Functie**:
- je werkt samen met onze projectteams aan de renovatie van onze hoofdzetel
- je werkt mee aan het beheer van het project (programma, planning, budget )
- je houdt toezicht op de plannen, kwantiteitsstudies en bestekken voor de afbraak
- en ruwbouwwerken
- je beheert en coördineert de restauratiewerkzaamheden aan een historisch gebouw (het “Hotel van de Gouverneur”).
**Profiel**:
- je beschikt bij voorkeur over een diploma bouw, toegepaste architectuur of een nauw aanverwant diploma (minimum bachelorniveau)
- je hebt een relevante beroepservaring met bouw
- en renovatieprojecten van kantoorgebouwen
- je hebt ervaring met functiespecifieke software zoals AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop
- je kan zowel autonoom als in teamverband werken
- je bent nauwkeurig en plichtsbewust
- je bent analytisch en oplossingsgericht ingesteld
- je hebt een actieve kennis van het Frans (B2)
**Extra troef**:
- je hebt kennis van space-management en gespecialiseerde bouwtechnieken (HVAC, elektriciteit, etc.).
