As Supply Chain Performance Specialist, you carry out projects to improve the efficiency of the supply chain. You participate in cross-functional projects within the company, manage supply chain projects from start to finish, constantly propose ideas for improvement and monitor the effectiveness of various initiatives. You are able to model and monitor the company's various supply chain flows.

Responsabilities
- Implement, maintain and develop the ERP Supply Chain module.
- Analyse existing Supply Chain flows, identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement, propose and implement improvement projects.
- Digitise Supply Chain operations (MRP, WMS, etc.).
- Implement new supply chain flows inherent to the company’s national (new factory) and international (US, France and China) development.
- Provide backup for supply chain managers.
- Implement a dashboard for supply chain management (inventory indicator, productivity indicator, workload organisation)

Profil
- 3-5 years of experience in supply chain project management.
- Project management: from A to Z.
- Experience in supply chain professions (planning, purchasing, logistics, transport).
- Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
- Proficiency in IT tools (Power BI, Power Query, Excel)
- Experience with ERP (Odoo is a plus)
- APICS, Six Sigma, CPIM certification is a plus
- Fluency in English
