Than we might be looking for you

**As a rental sales agent you will full fill following tasks**:

- Create rental agreements for our departing customers with a sales focused mindset
- Provide top customer service in a fast moving environment
- Keep full business administration at all times completely up to date and according to standards, including invoicing
- Provide correct and adequate information to our customers in regard to potential questions they might have concerning their rental
- Close agreements at the return of the guests
- Create damage reports when a damage occurred to the vehicle at return
- Trouble shoot ad-hoc request form customer or your superiors
- Keep a continuous communication line between the different departments throughout the entire company
- Report directly to the branch manager

**What are we looking for?**
- A bachelor degree mindset or equal to experience
- A first experience in customer service is a big plus
- A new colleague who is eager to start & learn and ready to further develop his / her career
- Being in the possession of a permanent driving licence type B
- Proficient in English with an addition of French and Dutch (minimum 1 of the two last ones is mandatory)
