Onze klant, een internationaal energiebedrijf, is op zoek naar een Customer Delivery Officer B2B voor een opdracht van 6 maanden. Je zal toetreden tot het dynamisch team gespecialiseerd in de installatie van elektrische laadpalen bij B2B klanten. Ben jij klantgericht, organisatorisch sterk en wil je bijdragen aan de energietransitie? Dan is dit jouw kans Jouw taken: Tijdens de opleverfase: Zorg dragen voor een correcte en tijdige levering tijdens de installatieperiode, met als doel maximale klanttevredenheid (KPI-gestuurd). Beheer en coördinatie met de klant en installatiepartner rondom het installatieproces (informatie verzamelen, planning, afstemming oplossingen, configuratiedetails, …). Opvolgen van projectkosten gedurende de installatieperiode. Administratieve opvolging van contracten: facturatie, verlenging en beheer van vragen en verzoeken. Andere taken: Ontwikkelen en aanleveren van product-/oplossingstrainingen voor installatiepartners. Proactief signaleren en implementeren van procesverbeteringen. Samenwerken met het Sales team, Solutions Development en Productmanagement om feedback te geven voor continue verbetering van het productaanbod. Jouw profiel: Zeer goede kennis van Nederlands en Frans, goede kennis van Engels. Bachelor of master in engineering, operations of gelijkwaardig door relevante werkervaring. Kennis van de eMobility-markt en interesse in energietransitie/duurzaamheid. 2-4 jaar ervaring in technische ondersteuning of klantenservice, bij voorkeur in de e-mobiliteitssector. Ervaring met CRM- en ticketingsystemen. Sterk analytisch en organisatorisch vermogen; je kan meerdere projecten tegelijk beheren. Gedreven om te werken in een snel veranderende omgeving.
