Join Kaiserkraft a strong brand of TAKKT Group – we are looking for motivated employees to strengthen our team as Customer Service Representative (gn) to shape new worlds of workWhere You Make An Impact: Correct registration and follow-up of complaints within the specified deadlinesAdministration and processing of returns and monitoring of quality issues with suppliersMonitoring, recording, and communication of delivery times, monitoring of grouped orders and monitoring of specific customer requests (labels, delivery notes, prior email notification before delivery)Oversee strategic optimization of the eCommerce platform and measure success via KPIs and ROI.
