**Description**:
We are seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative for our representation organization, which operates closely with EU institutions. This role involves providing efficient and responsive support in a dynamic environment, ensuring smooth communication and assistance for our stakeholders and helping the team with their IT issues and questions.
- Handle **users' requests** addressing issues related to **missing data**, **data quality**, and providing **guidance on system usage**:
- **Collaborate** with **data providers**, **business representatives**, and **IT support** teams to resolve user inquiries and challenges
- Utilize ticketing systems, specifically Zendesk and JIRA, to track and manage reported issues and requests.
- **Analyze reported observations**, **bugs**, and **issues**, ensuring effective reproduction for in-depth analysis.
- Provide **support and guidance to users**, directing them to relevant documentation and resources
**Profil**
- **Good communication skills** to interact effectively with **users**, **data providers**, and the** different departments**:
- Strong **analytical skills** to analyze issues and requests thoroughly
- **Experience in user support activities**, with a focus on **problem-solving** and **customer satisfaction**:
- Maintain a strong **team collaboration** synergy, ensuring effective communication and problem-solving
- Use **ticketing systems**, particularly **Zendesk** and **JIRA**
