**De job in een notendop.**
Voor ons kantoor van Knokke en Blankenberge kijken we uit naar een sales support die als drijvende kracht mee de schouders zet onder de verdere uitbouw van beide kantoren. Als sales support ondersteun je de commerciële collega’s bij de administratieve opvolging van de verkoop
- en verhuurdossiers. Zo sta je in voor de opstart van de dossiers (input in ons softwarepakket, opvragen van de nodige documentatie bij eigenaars en officiële instanties, verzorgen van de correspondentie met de eigenaars, notaris, etc...), de voorbereiding van de verhuur
- en verkoopovereenkomsten, het opvolgen van de huurwaarborg, etcJe verzorgt ook de afsluit van de dossiers (opvolgen van de facturatie en archivering). Als sales support vorm je daarnaast het eerste aanspreekpunt voor de klant en zorg je voor een warm persoonlijk en telefonisch onthaal. Verder bied je ondersteuning bij het organiseren van verschillende prospectie
- en publiciteitsacties. Kortom, een job vol variatie
**Praktisch.**
Je bent in het bezit van een bachelor vastgoed, rechtspraktijk, office management, communicatiewetenschappen of soortgelijk. Heb je een eerste relevante werkervaring achter de rug? Dan heb je een voetje voor Verder heb je een sterke interesse in de vastgoedsector en ben je bereid om je hier verder in te verdiepen. Als sales support weet je op een enthousiaste manier te communiceren en kan je ook accuraat en nauwkeurig werken. Heb je hiernaast ook een goede kennis Frans? Top, dat is zeker een pluspunt Je brengt structuur aan waar nodig, neemt initiatief en zorgt voor een perfecte dossieropbouw.
