ARHS Group - part of Accenture - is looking for a Usability Specialist to assist in the Digitization of (self-)service and business models for one of its clients in Brussels, a key player in the Belgian Health Insurance domain.
**Qualifications** Your profile**
- Fluent in Dutch & English. Knowledge of French would be considered an asset.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Listening skills to accurately understand user needs and feedback.
- Ability to empathize with the end-users and understand their perspective.
- Analytical thinking ability to identify and solve complex usage problems.
- Experience working in large projects with more complex, multidisciplinary teams, including designers, developers, and product managers.
- Team player who is open to feedback and can also give constructive feedback to others.
- Ability to propose innovative solutions and ideas to improve the user experience.
- Experience in the healthcare sector can be a great advantage, given the specific requirements and regulations within this sector.

**Technical skills**
- User Research:

- In-depth knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methods.
- Experience with user surveys such as interviews, focus groups, user tests, and surveys.
- Data analysis and interpretation skills to gain actionable insights from research data.
- UX Tools and Software:

- Proficiency in using UX research and testing tools.
- Knowledge of wireframing and prototyping tools like Figma
- Experience with analytical tools such as Google Analytics & Hotjar
- Information Architecture and Wireframing:

- Understanding of information architecture principles and the ability to create wireframes and mockups.
- Reporting and Presentation:

- Proficiency in preparing clear and concise research reports.
- Presentation skills to communicate research findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
