Are you passionate about crafting user-centric digital experiences that delight and engage? Join our team as a **User Experience (UX) Specialist,** where you'll be at the forefront of creating seamless and intuitive user journeys across our digital channels. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, conduct user research, and translate insights into captivating designs that elevate our digital interactions.

**Required Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to define and prototype innovative solutions that enhance user experiences.
- Design visually appealing and intuitive UI screens, ensuring a consistent and delightful user interface.
- Adapt and optimize existing flows to support fixed products, enhancing usability and user satisfaction.
- Utilize user research insights, analytics, and verbatims to inform and drive digital improvements.
- Work collaboratively with design teams and business analysts to align user-centered design efforts with project objectives.
- Participate in short and mid-term project initiatives, delivering impactful UX solutions.
- Conduct comprehensive user research to uncover pain points, identify usability issues, and propose design enhancements.
- Stay informed about emerging UX trends and incorporate them into design strategies.
- Assist in maintaining the UX research library, toolkit, and design system.
- Develop end-to-end user flows, create innovative components, and work within technical constraints.
- Share knowledge with & learn from your fellow (business & service) designers

**Degree & Experience**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Graphic Design, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience as a UX Specialist, with a portfolio showcasing your ability to create intuitive and delightful user experiences.
- Experience working in Agile development environments is advantageous.
- Proficiency in web content management tools, platforms, E-commerce, and self-servicing solutions.

**Technical skills**:

- Mastery of UX design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch and Illustrator.
- Understanding of HTML5 and CSS3; knowledge of responsive design principles.
- Familiarity with conducting user research using various methodologies.
- CMS's (WordPress, Joomla, Drupal)

**Languages**:

- Fluency in English is mandatory, with knowledge of at least one of the local languages (French or Dutch).

**Nice to haves**:

- Able to engage and inspire different stakeholders in a story
- Experience in coaching junior service designers
- Experience in Telecom and/or service sector
- Experience with business cases
