ResponsibilitiesDesign and own end-to-end user flows, screen states, and interactions from a UX/UI perspectiveTranslate concepts and requirements into intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing designsGather and align stakeholder input on user needs and technical feasibilityEnsure clear information hierarchy and consistent user experience across screensCreate high-fidelity mockups, pixel-perfect UI designs, and interactive prototypesCollaborate closely with UX copywriters for seamless content integrationConduct and iterate on designs based on usability testing and user feedbackActively use and contribute to the design system with a Mobile First approachSupport concept designers during ideation and lead design refinement phasesHand over designs to development teams and follow up on front-end implementationShare best practices and contribute to UX/UI standards, patterns, and guidelinesSkillsStrong Mobile First mindset with experience in mobile-native designSolid knowledge of Material Design and Apple Human Interface GuidelinesExperience working in Agile/Scrum environmentsGood understanding of accessibility standards and WCAG guidelinesProficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or similarExperience using and evolving design systems and reusable componentsAbility to understand technical constraints; basic front-end knowledge is a plusStrong documentation and design briefing skillsExcellent communication and collaboration skillsCreative, detail-oriented, and quality-focused approachFluent in French or Dutch (C1 level) with good English communication skills (B1/B2)
