As an administrator, you are responsible for carrying out the administration of the warehouse and controlling all daily warehouse operations. As a warehouse worker, you take care of the management and organization of the warehouse, the receipt and shipment of machines, and the receipt and shipment of goods for a job or project.

**What Your Day-to-Day Activities Will Be**
- Loading and unloading:

- Loading and unloading of trucks
- Maintaining and charging forklift charging stations
- Maintaining the reception desk, managing equipment
- Arrange truck traffic and follow up on appointments with drivers
- Keeping delivery notes, having them signed off and delivered to the planning department
- Warehouse and stock management:

- Enter everything that comes in and goes out into the computer system
- Register issuances at the counter, receive deliveries
- Placing orders, contact with suppliers (follow-up (stock) orders, backorders...)
- Perform any price adjustments in OMS
- Storing stock deliveries at the relevant location

**_Your Education Should Be _**
- You have experience in a logistics environment.
- Good knowledge of Dutch, both spoken and written.Notions French and English.
- You have knowledge of the ERP package.
- You have a VCA Certificate.
- Forklift, overhead cranes.
- Assessments charges.

**_Your Professional Experience Should Be _**
- You work accurately, correctly and with attention to hygiene.
- You are always customer-oriented and clear in your communication to third parties.
- You have insight into logistics procedures and can act proactively. Working independently and helping to organize the work is in your personality;
- You are motivated, eager to learn and eager to work;
- You are stress resistant.
