Group S is looking for an experienced and motivated Payroll Advisor International to join our HR team. In this role, you will play a crucial role in managing international payroll processes. It is required that you master 1 national language and in addition your knowledge of English is very good

As Payroll Advisor International you are responsible for coordinating and executing payroll activities for our international employees/clients. This position offers an excellent opportunity to expand your expertise in international payroll and contribute to an efficient HR department. As part of our international team, you will work in a friendly office environment. You will be part of a team that is as excited as you are to embark on this adventure at Group S. We trust our people and give them the autonomy to make decisions and take responsibility.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage international payroll processes and ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.
- Coordinate payroll processing for employees in different countries.
- Handle tax and social security matters for international employees.
- Collaborate with external service providers and payroll partners.
- Process mutations and ensure accurate data entry.
- Answering employee questions regarding salary and benefits.
- Assist in the preparation of payroll reports and analysis.

**Job Requirements**:

- You have at least a B2 level of English.
- You have a passion for human resource management, social and labor law and are keen to develop your knowledge and skills in these areas.
- Ideally, you already have some experience with Belgian social and labor law for foreign employees and employers, as you will be working with international clients in Belgium. Knowledge of all EU member states is not required.
- Experience in personnel management or payroll is ideal, but equally important are your communication skills and customer orientation.
- Your role is not limited to payroll related tasks, but also includes advice on social legislation and personnel management, and the management of important documents such as ONSS and C4.
- You are organized and flexible and can combine independence with teamwork.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent contract

**Salary**: €2.600,00 - €3.400,00 per month
