Voor een goede klant in Mechelen, een internationale speler met meerdere vestigingen, kijkt Hays Antwerpen uit naar een administratief medewerker voor een langdurig project. Het gaat om een fulltime functie met drie thuiswerkdagen.
**Jouw taken**
Je komt terecht in een team van 8 collega’s en hebt een breed administratief takenpakket:
- Je logt alles correct in het systeem en voert de nodige aanpassingen door
- Je stuurt schriftelijke bevestigingen naar klanten met bewijs van de aanpassingen
- Je geeft wekelijkse rapporten door aan je teamleader met de stand van zaken
**Jouw profiel**:
- Je hebt een eerste administratieve werkervaring op zak
- Je bent heel sterk in taal en kan professioneel communiceren met klanten - zowel schriftelijk als mondeling
- Je hebt een zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands, Engels en je spreekt een woordje Frans
- Je hebt een gezonde interesse in Telecom
- Je bent iemand nauwkeurig, administratief sterk, stressbestendig en behulpzaam
- Je stelt vragen waar nodig en je wil graag bijleren
- Je bent een echte teamplayer
