**Wat doet een HR projectmanager bij AValue?**:
Je fungeert als draaischijf voor al onze lopende HR-projecten. Hierbij stel je je op als aanspreekpunt en matchmaker voor zowel onze kandidaten, consultants op project als klanten.
- Wat betekent dit dan concreet?- Je kijkt actief uit naar nieuwe opportuniteiten.
- Bij de klant stel je jezelf op als een sparringpartner. Je analyseert hun vraag, en denkt mee over mogelijke oplossingen.
- Ook de rekrutering van HR-freelancers neem je voor je rekening. Hierbij hou je steeds de evolutie op de markt in het achterhoofd. Daardoor slaag je erin een kwalitatief netwerk aan HR-professionals uit te bouwen.
- Daarenboven ben je verantwoordelijk voor de financiële afspraken met de klant en consultant, én de administratieve en contractuele verwerking hiervan.
- Gaat je kandidaat aan de slag op een nieuw project, dan zorg jij voor de noodzakelijke ondersteuning en opvolging. Je stelt je op als de “person-to-be” bij vragen en twijfels.
Kort samengevat, je wordt het gezicht van AValue.
**Wie ben jij?**:
- Commercieel werk schrikt je niet af, HR is je ding.
- Je wil investeren in een netwerk en diepgaande contacten.
- Als anderen je omschrijven zijn toegankelijkheid en luistervaardig woorden die gebruikt worden. Onze consultants kunnen steeds bij jou terecht met vragen en bezorgdheden, maar je bent ook in staat om frustraties te ontmijnen.
- Oplossingsgericht denken en flexibiliteit typeren jou.
- Daarnaast ben je organisatorisch sterk, je slaagt erin te jongleren met verschillende balletjes tegelijk.
