Als **Finance Officer** werk je met onze eigen boekhoudsoftware **Adfinity**voor alle aspecten van de **algemene en analytische boekhouding van Easi**. Het doel is om de financiële gegevens van Easi te documenten en vervolgens te analyseren.

Je zal een **gevarieerde job** hebben en continu kunnen **blijven evolueren**. Jouw werk zal ons team versterken en naar een hoger niveau tillen.

Daarnaast krijg je de mogelijkheid deel te nemen aan de acquisitie van een overgenomen bedrijf.

**Takenpakket**

Na een **grondige opleiding** van een paar maandendoor onze beste **experts in deze materie**, zal je:

- Facturen en financiële publicaties **coderen en goedkeuren**:

- Deelnemen aan de afsluiting van de activiteiten van onze verschillende structuren
- Facturen inboeken
- Bankafschriften behandelen
- BTW-aangiftes verzorgen en hiervoor SPOC zijn
- Mede verantwoordelijk voor de vennootschapsbelasting
- Deelnemen aan de **afsluiting** van de activiteiten van onze verschillende structuren
- Zorgen voor de **follow-up en betaling** van de facturen van de klanten
- Zorgen voor de verwerking van de ingevoerde gegevens, deze **analyseren** en de verschillende **parameters evalueren**:

- Beheer van de **administratieve** follow-up
- **Fusies **beheren (M&A team)

Afhankelijk van jouw professionele en persoonlijke ontwikkeling zullen jouw verantwoordelijkheden uitgebreider en gediversifieerder worden.

Daarnaast is het een enorme troef dat de boekhoudkundige software Adfinity, waarmee je dagdagelijks aan de slag zal gaan, in ons **eigen beheer** is. Op die manier is er de mogelijkheid om proactief te werk te gaan en onze software tot het **maximum **te benutten. Dit creëert een enorme **toegevoegde waarde** binnen ons Accountancy departement, alsook binnen Easi als geheel.

**Profiel**

**Must-have**:

- Je hebt een zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands
- Bachelor Accountancy-Fiscaliteit
- Flexibiliteit, pro-activiteit, communicatieve vaardigheden
- Klantgerichtheid
- Zeer goede kennis van Excel
- Graag met cijfers werken
- Teamplayer mentaliteit die zelfstandig kan werken en oog heeft voor detail
- Bij benadering 3-5 jaar ervaring
