**Your Mission**

Reporting directly to the CEO, the key responsibilities are to **generate demand generation at scale **thanks to marketing and brand awareness efforts with the most efficient CAC, as well as identifying **growth opportunities**. **Direct report **of 4FTEs in Europe with local day-to-day lead + 3 Trainees in EU + manage the sourcing supplier

**Core Responsibilities**

**_Strategic_**
- Our market is booming: advise the best growth opportunities - markets to target, ICPs to focus, pricing approach, go-to-market,...
- We must make much more noise: own Optimy internal and external image together with the CEO - vision, mission, positioning, tone of voice, tag line, internal and external communication, design style,...
- Optimize marketing activities to drive the buying process and deliver revenue
- Define and execute yearly marketing strategy and perform analysis on effectiveness based on specific OKRs
- Implement marketing action plans with specific monthly individual KPIs
- Review marketing tools and processes with the Revenue Operations Specialist
- Ensure an efficient CAC (new logo, upsells, cross-sells)
- Manage the marketing budget

**_Media / PR partnerships_**
- Ensure Optimy visibility in as many media as possible as often as possible
- Organize Optimy visibility externally in collaboration with other managers

**_Manage the Sourcing activities_**
- Define the strategy, the rules of engagement, etc.
- Manage the external sourcing day-to-day
- Manage the budget

**_People management together with the marketing team lead_**
- Hiring and onboarding
- Coaching and training
- Review team KPIs and OKRs and ensure the objectives are met
- Ensure each team member’s personal development and professional growth

**Your Profile**
**5+ years** of well-rounded marketing experience ideally in a fast-growing international SaaS - with **3+ years** **of experience in a leadership role**. Experience in Social Impact is a plus.
- Advanced analytical and strategic skills
- Thorough knowledge of SaaS marketing principles, brand, product, and service management
- Good understanding of the Social Impact industry
- Ability to draw tangible plans and get them executed
- You are work-proficient in English
- Experience in North America is a plus
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Aptitude to lead and inspire a team
- Passionate customer advocacy
- Adaptability to changing market dynamics
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a strong drive
- With a good sense of humour
- **You have an EU citizenship or a valid Belgium work permit**
