INTRODUCTIE
Jij kiest de kant van de klant Een klant wordt jouw klant. Want jij staat klaar om te helpen via verschillende kanalen. Klanten bellen, schrijven, sms’en, mailen chatten met jou als ze hulp nodig hebben. En daar ben jij: een rustige rots in de branding, baken van kennis en vriendelijkheid. Soms bel je zelf ook op om verder op te volgen. Tot jouw klant een tevreden klant is. Dat doe je met handige tools en methodes die we voor jou helemaal op punt stelden.
FUNCTIE
Jouw taak is om de burgers te begeleiden de juiste acties uit te voeren in MijnBurgerprofiel om, mits ze aan de voorwaarden voldoen, hun jobbonus te kunnen ontvangen. Hiernaast beantwoord je alle mogelijke vragen mbt dit onderwerp of breng je hen in contact met de juiste dienst. Hiervoor krijg je een grondige opleiding, hierna kan je zonder twijfel alle vragen beantwoorden Je werkt van maandag tot vrijdag tussen 9 uur en 19 uur, dit kan mogelijks veranderen naar 8 uur en 19 uur. Goed om weten: uurroosters worden minstens 3 weken op voorhand gecommuniceerd. Werken doe je in Diegem.
**Profiel**:
Actief luisteren, klantgericht en geduldig zijn en gesproken geschreven sterk communiceren in het Nederlands. Je kan complexe info op een duidelijke en heldere manier verwoorden. Kennis van de materie, of eventuele ervaring, is een groot pluspunt. Hiernaast is het een absoluut vereiste om vlot te kunnen werken met een computer en kennis/goed begrip hebt van digitale sleutels. Het is immers een superbelangrijke tool om jouw job goed te kunnen uitvoeren
