**Job Overview**
**Qualifications**
- High School Diploma/GED Preferred.
- Ability to pass a security clearance for access to the United States Army Garrison Brussels.
- Familiarity with Postal and Customs requirements for sending and receiving items.
- Valid Driver’s license in Belgium.
- Access and use of a vehicle capable of hauling packages from mail facilities to PSC.
**Responsibilities**
- Visual acuity with the ability to read information from computer screens, forms, and other printed materials.
- Hearing acuity for verbal communications, conversations, and or communications via electronic devices.
- Speaking ability for general verbal communication.
- Ability to lift up to 70 pounds (40 kilograms) on occasion.
- Work involves exposure to noise from normal office equipment and exposure to computer screens and other electronic devices.
