We are currently looking for a new talent to join our Logistics and Customer Service B2B department. The responsibilities of the new administrative collaborator will include but are not limited to:

- Ensure an ultimate customer experience. You are the point of contact for our B2B customers.
- Management of the order portfolio, restocking and exchanges.
- Management of the delivery planning.
- You work closely together with your colleagues.

Who are we looking for? Here are the required education level, skills, and qualifications:

- Administrative or commercial bachelor’s degree.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
- Fluent in English and Dutch.
- Knowledge of French and Spanish is an asset.
- Strong communication skills.
- Strong administrative skills, precise, and good personal organization.
- Autonomous, proactive, eager to learn by asking good questions and deeply understanding the processes.
- Team-player, stress resistant & patient.
