Pharm Transcend is a global business transformation program that will modernize our foundational transactional processes and harmonize them into one “clean” ERP as a standardized platform for growth and efficiency gains.

The program will simplify the Pharm ERP landscape from 7 to 1, standardizing processes in order to have a cost effective, fit for purpose digital backbone that will enable us to support the Pharm business with agility. Additionally, the program will remediate the end-of-life system exposure that we risk towards the end of this decade.

The Sr Finance Manager will be in charge of the Pharm Transcend Project Controlling. He/She will be leading the cost tracking, budget vs analysis & planning cycles in close collaboration with the Project Management and Project Pillar Leads.

**Contract: Full-time, permanent contract**

Main duties of the role:
Manage the total Transcend Project budget financially

Financial Business Partner for the Transcend Program Leads and Pillar Leads in managing the project Cost Controlling.

Lead the Budget vs Actual process with respective key stakeholders.

Lead analysis of the Project Mid-Level plan and translation to correct cost allocation.

Ensure alignment with WWP guidance in project spend and capital accounting.

Project Cost management:

- Ensure correct cost center accounting based on pillar set up.
- Perform detailed cost tracking.

Provide guidance towards charges in from globally located resources.

Lead the recurring Budget cycles (BP, JU, NU, LRFP) and lead the discussions with business pillars and JJT in forecasting process.

Ensure accurate and in time planning submissions

Lead the Latest Thinking processes in prep of all Actual Close cycles in close collaboration with Finance Home Office team and Transcend Finance Director

Audit: key stakeholder in internal and external financial and compliance audits

Perform analysis of Program Spend vs CAR details and work with Project Leadership in any course correct

**Qualifications**:

- Requires a minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in leadership roles
- Bachelor’s degree ; advanced degree or MBA is highly desirable within finance.
- Experience in Controlling or FP&A environment is a plus
- Demonstrated hands-on mentality required.
- Proven leadership and collaboration skills
- Experience in working with a network of SME process owners and key stakeholder groups
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Effective conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work effectively in a global cross-functional, matrix team environment.
- Ability to produce high quality deliverables and work in an environment with competing priorities.
- Limited travel
