**Job Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Project Management**:

- Plan, execute, and oversee projects related to domain name migrations, system integrations, and platform centralization.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring collaboration and effective communication throughout project lifecycles.
- **Support Registry Relations and Compliance teams in various tasks such as**:

- Conduct compliance audits to ensure adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain and manage relationships with domain registries and other key stakeholders.
- Monitor industry developments and regulatory changes, updating internal policies and procedures accordingly.
- **Support Internal Brand Onboarding**:

- Facilitate the onboarding process for internal brands onto the central domain management platform.
- Provide training and support to internal teams, ensuring smooth transitions and effective utilization of platform capabilities.
- Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the onboarding process.
- **Local Initiatives and Support**:

- Support local initiatives related to domain name management, tailoring solutions to meet specific regional needs.
- Collaborate with local teams to understand unique challenges and opportunities, providing customized support and guidance.
- Monitor the progress of local projects, ensuring alignment with overall unit goals and objectives.
- **Reporting and Documentation**:

- Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including risk assessments, progress updates, and post-implementation reviews.
- Ensure all project documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the domain name industry or a related field.
- Strong understanding of domain name registration processes, compliance requirements, and industry standards.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Excellent English communication skills
