**Functie**
- Je bepaalt de kwaliteitsnormen, methodes en procedures in samenspraak met het team teneinde de huidige kwaliteitssystemen verder te optimaliseren.
- Je voert de nodige technische kwaliteitscontroles uit op zowel grondstoffen als afgewerkte producten en zorgt voor een correcte rapportage van de resultaten.
- Je bent mee verantwoordelijk voor de verdere uitbouw van de kwaliteitsborging en je initieert binnen jouw domein de nodige verbeteringsprojecten.
- Je fungeert als aanspreekpunt voor productie en klanten bij potentiële kwaliteits
- en/of procesproblemen. Op basis van jouw accurate analyse neem je doelgerichte en onderbouwde beslissingen.
- Je verhoogt het kwaliteitsbewustzijn door zowel medewerkers als leidinggevenden te sensibiliseren. Je denkt vanuit klantenperspectief en stimuleert anderen om dit ook te doen.
- Je beheert de nodige documentatie en verzorgt, in overeenstemming met de productieleiding, de communicatie.
- Je staat mee in voor de behandeling van interne en externe kwaliteitsklachten.
- In samenwerking met de Proces en Quality Specialist definieer je correctieve en preventieve maatregelen. Je zorgt voor de implementatie van de maatregelen op de werkvloer en volgt dit regelmatig op.
- Je werkt nauw samen met verschillende departementen zoals R&D, Technical & Maintenance, Productie,
- Je werkt aan verschillende projecten en rapporteert aan de sitemanager.

**Functie-eisen**
- Je hebt bij voorkeur een hogere technische opleiding genoten (Master/bachelor), gecombineerd met een eerste relevante werkervaring.
- Je bent een team player, hebt een ondernemende persoonlijkheid en beschikt over een sterk verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel.
- Je bent analytisch, werkt gestructureerd en hebt een flinke portie doorzettingsvermogen.
- Omwille van jouw kritische zin haal je energie uit continu verbeteren en hou je ervan problemen aan te pakken.
- Je bent leergierig en bereid om je te verdiepen in het chemisch productieproces en de processturing.
- Je bent klantgericht en hebt oog voor detail, zonder je erin te verliezen.
- Je beweegt je graag op de vloer, bent hands-on en gedreven.
