For an international company in Antwerp are we looking for an experienced Change Manager.

**De functie**:
Stakeholder Management
- Maintain and update stakeholder mapping and attendees lists.
- Conduct weekly check-ins with Local SPOCs to build relationships, address queries, and inform them about upcoming activities and required actions.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholder inquiries.
- Monitor the readiness of the user community for go-live and implement corrective actions as needed.

Change Activity Organization and Execution:

- Coordinate alignment meetings.
- Follow up on detailed OCM planning.
- Execute planned activities, including organizing informative webinars, disseminating communications, etc.
- Coordinate training activities, including input gathering, planning, organization, and follow-up sessions.
- Provide support for Train-the-Trainer sessions, guiding super users and Local SPOCs in preparing and delivering training to end users.
- Develop communication materials.

People Management:

- Guide, coordinate, and support junior colleagues in various operational tasks, such as training plan follow-up.

**Jouw profiel**:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in change and project management.
- Master's degree (economics, sciences, or equivalent by experience).
- Demonstrated experience with train-the-trainer and trainer coordination.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Performance and result-oriented, with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Proficient in project and risk management.
- Exemplary behavior towards ethics and integrity.
- Experience working for a large, diverse multinational corporation.
- Pragmatic, hands-on approach with a focus on achieving objectives.
- Substantial professional experience in (indirect) procurement or supply chain.
- Experience or certification in ADKAR methodology.
