**UI / Graphic Designer**
We're expanding our UI design team and seek a dynamic, creative individual brimming with ideas. From crafting screens for apps and web interfaces to producing illustrations and animations in collaboration with branding, you'll have the chance to master and challenge our graphic standards and design system. You'll work closely with a talented team to transform business requirements into captivating layouts.
**Role Overview**:
Your primary focus will be on creatively conceptualizing and implementing the redesign of a responsive website and app. This involves working with wireframes while adhering to our client's visual identity. Collaboration with internal clients, UX experts, and web integrators/developers is key. Your responsibilities include production design tasks such as image editing, creating infographics and illustrations, as well as developing new assets/components and documenting them.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Grasp business requirements based on wireframes.
- Collaborate closely with team members, internal clients, and UX experts during brainstorming sessions.
- Transform strategies and concepts into innovative layouts that adhere to branding guidelines, the design system, technical constraints, and accessibility standards.
- Conduct quality checks on web pages and app screens (testing on multiple devices) before delivery to the business and after the publisher/developer's work is completed.
- Generate visuals, infographics, and illustrations following the client style.
**Skills**:
- Proficiency in visual design tools such as Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and After Effects.
- Familiarity with the intricacies of designing mobile apps through relevant education or experience.
- UI/graphic design degree or training.
- UI design experience for both web and apps.
- Knowledge of image editing and photo retouching in Photoshop.
- Experience in creating illustrations.
**Added Value**:
- Basic understanding of UX principles.
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS), particularly Magnolia.
- Knowledge of web and app accessibility for individuals with disabilities.
- Understanding of HTML 5 and CSS3.
- Awareness of business agile structures.
- Familiarity with responsive frameworks and their technical constraints.
