- Languages : Dutch, English and Chinese
- Good general understanding of IT principles such as Networks, Hardware and Domains Working knowledge of leading software
- Good experience in End User device hardware and software troubleshooting
- Awareness of Data Backup principles

**Your Tasks**:
Provide On-Site Support
Hw/Sw installation / uninstallation
S/W installation / uninstallation
Make equipment configuration
Perform an Incident fix
Manage stock of PC, equipment / peripherals, parts
Manage Vendor’s warranty for replaces PC or equipment
Decommissions devices
Update and close tickets (Service Now)
Label Equipment
Update repositories after configuration change, PC move, end-user move,
Maintain OSS documentation

Hands and Eyes Services:
Perform technical operations (working instructions) into technical rooms guided by an experimented technician from a Service-Desk / Operation center (from TAS IT Operations teams).
Example of working instructions:
Read and report message
Reboot server
Perform physical/local backup
The purpose is literally to be the “hands” and the “eyes” of specialists / experts located in remote places.
Fast interventions are required according to the priority (request urgency or incident criticality). High SLA are required
