**Fonction**

En tant que IT Support, vous êtes responsable de la continuité du fonctionnement de tous les systèmes de données, d'information et de communication. Tant pour le matériel que pour les logiciels.
- Installer et configurer le matériel et les logiciels (ordinateurs portables, imprimantes, smartphones, tablettes, etc.)
- Configurer le poste de travail en fonction des besoins de l'utilisateur et effectuer des tests de fonctionnement
- En étroite collaboration avec le responsable informatique, vous et vos collègues veillez au bon fonctionnement de l'infrastructure informatique.

**Profil**
- Vous possédez minimum un diplôme de bachelier ou un graduat en IT ou vous avez une expérience similaire et pertinente sur le terrain.
- Vous êtes francophone et disposez d’une bonne connaissance du néerlandais. Vous soutenez à la fois vos collègues néerlandophones et francophones.
- Vous maîtrisez les compétences techniques suivantes : Active Directory, Windows, M365,...
- Vous êtes capable de résoudre des problèmes
- Vous êtes structuré : vous maitrisez le contexte global, vous avez l’œil pour les détails, vous êtes ordonné et vous ne laissez rien au hasard.
- Vous êtes débrouillard et vous réalisez avec succès vos missions dans les délais impartis.
- Vous aimez les tâches variées et vous vous adaptez à l'évolution constante de la matière.
- Vous pouvez travailler de manière autonome, mais avez aussi un esprit de collégialité.

**Offre**
- Contrat à durée indéterminée dans un environnement de travail stable.
- Vous travaillez à temps plein dans un régime de 36 heures par semaine.

**Procédure**
