In J&J MedTech we are transforming our traditional ERP solution into the latest and greatest S/4 HANA solution supporting our MedTech business to be ready for the digital revolution. For the important Loan-and Consignment business in MedTech we have the SAP bold on solution myMediset implemented who supports the full process as embedded solution in S4 HANA. This position can be based in Beerse (Belgium) and Limerick (Ireland).
We are recruiting for the role of Senior Functional Analyst, SAP Sales & Distribution/myMediset, to design and deliver end-to-end solutions within our global S4 HANA system, working across a variety of business areas, including finance, logistics, integration, operational reporting, and management reporting. Our team is a multifaceted group of technology professionals working from multiple locations.
The Senior Functional Analyst will be responsible for:
- As Level 3 support in Deliver/myMediset area for global S4 HANA platform you will lead, manage and perform the gap analysis based on current configuration/functionality, design, configuration, enhancement, testing and implementation in global SAP HANA systems in line with agreed timeframes, business requirements and global standards.
- Serve as a bridge between support team (Level 2) and global project team
- Test cycles for developed solutions will be done in a validated environment
- Create/maintain a controlled system documentation following Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) deliverables,
- Lead resolution of customer complaints/technical issues in collaboration with support team and myMediset vendor and responds to suggestions for improvements and enhancements.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s Degree and/or equivalent experience required
- If you possess a degree, a degree in the field of Computer Science, Computer Engineering, and/or another STEM field is preferred
- Minimum of 5 years hands on experience in SAP Sales & Distribution
- Minimum of 3 years of functional analyst experience in S/4HANA deployments preferred
- Comprehensive experience of Agile Product Development with a strong focus on delivery preferred
- Strong techno-functional skills (configuration, customization, business/functional knowledge) in Supply Chain modules to configure systems required
- Supporting stakeholders, colleagues, peers, and developers throughout the project lifecycle, to help them understand your designs and refine as necessary required
- First rate communication and interpersonal skills, including verbal and written, and the ability to influence non-technical and technical staff being able to tailor communication to audiences of differing levels of technical expertise required
- SAP S/4 Hana certification in SD preferred
- Experience and/or knowledge of SAP bold on myMediset preferred but not required
