** The Team**

A&M’s Global Transaction Advisory Group (TAG) is one of the largest practices outside the Big Four, with over 1,000 professionals across 40+ offices worldwide. The Benelux TAG team specializes in financial due diligence, working with private equity firms, corporate clients, and financial institutions on high-profile transactions. This role offers the opportunity to work in an entrepreneurial environment, free from audit conflicts, and gain exposure to a variety of industries and transaction types.

** How you will contribute**
- Lead and deliver financial due diligence projects, working closely with Managing Directors.
- Evaluate potential transactions in line with clients’ investment strategies.
- Identify key risks and provide insights against industry benchmarks.
- Gain broad industry exposure, working with large-cap and mid-cap private equity houses and corporate clients.
- Collaborate with operational and commercial professionals to enhance your knowledge of the broader due diligence process.
- Mentor junior colleagues and benefit from formal and informal training programs.
- Build your professional network by attending external marketing events and collaborating with other A&M service lines.

** Qualifications**
- Proven experience in Financial Due Diligence (Transaction services).
- Training and experience in Transaction Advisory (Transaction Services) at a Big Four firm.
- Fluent English and Dutch language knowledge is strictly required. French or any other additional European language skill is a big plus.
- Strong analytical and communication skills, with a focus on delivering impactful results.
