**Skills, knowledge, experience required**:
- Extensive experience (5+ years) in creating and managing content in Atlassian Confluence;
- Fluent in creating and implementing taxonomies in Atlassian Confluence environment;
- Strong experience (5+ years) in dynamic content management and integration between Atlassian JIRA and Confluence.
**Desirable**:
- Software development background;
- Experience in working with NATO;
- Experience of working with NATO Communications and Information Agency.
**Duties/role**:
- Providing expert advice on Information and Knowledge Management using Atlassian Confluence
- During and outside Information and Knowledge Management Steering Group (IKM SG);
- To the NCSC team;
- To all end-users requiring assistance in the domain.
- Assessing the best means to achieve user requests, considering integration aspects;
- Developing and implementing content on test and production environments.
