**Skills, knowledge, experience required**:

- Bachelor's degree at a nationally recognised/certified University in a relevant discipline and 3 years of post-related proven experience;
- CIS planning experience in a National or International HQ at divisional level or above;
- Experience of NATO responsibilities and organization and/or in an international environment comprising;
- Advanced data processing for word processing, spreadsheets, graphics presentations and databases;
- Advanced experience in Resource Management;
- Advanced experience in Business Management;
- Experience in Organizational and Business change;
- Experience in internal and Customers Relationship Management;
- Experience in Project Management.

**Duties**:

- Leading for projects related to present and future development and transition of the Ops Centre;
- Monitoring the project start up process to ensure essential data is included and project plans are realistic and achievable;
- Reviewing project plans and cost estimates prior to dissemination;
- Maintaining project plans as required by PMs, including approving time accounting information;
- Updating progress information for earned value management;
- Verifying that defined PM processes and procedures are being followed;
- Supporting:

- The exception process within the Ops Centre;
- The creation of project documents, such as project initiation documents, highlight reports, exception reports etc.;
- Project Managers in taking / producing draft and final meeting minutes shortly during / after meetings;
- Staff training program preparation and execution follow-up across the Service Line;
- Storing and managing support for project documents in the project workspace and post them on the project portal as tasked;
- Ensuring follow-up for timely comments;
- Collecting information regarding the progress of projects and carry out statistical analysis relating to project execution, including analysis of trends and future performance forecasts;
- Providing feedback to the HPMO relating to resource usage;
- Providing managers (Group Heads, HPMO and SL Chief) with relevant information needed by them for effective management of their personnel;
- Ensuring SL personnel complete their time management activities promptly according to Agency directives;
- Planning and management of allocated Operating budget;
- Coordinating and supervising the administration of the Agency Information Knowledge Management tools on NATO Secret (NS) and NATO Restricted (NR) (i.e. Tasker Tracker/Document Handling System/MS SharePoint Portal, etc.);
- Working on own initiative with limited supervision.
